The member hereby agrees to be an active member of BCMA and abide by the BCMA constitution and the code of professional conduct and ethics as above.

What it takes to be part of BCMA
A very important discussion was made on 14th July,2018 in 18th Annual General Meeting regarding increase of annual subscription for BCMA. At present Annual Subscription is Tk. 1(one) lac only. lt is not enough to run the Association in current situation smoothly. As a result, to increase fund for BCMA a proposal was given that annual subscription may fix at Tk. 6(Six) lac.
An honorable Executive Committee Member, BCMA requested to divide it into two slabs on the basis of annual production capacity of Cement like the following:
1) More than One Million M.T. Tk. 6 Lac and
2) Below One Million Tk. 3 Lac.
Some Honorable Members requested for three slabs like the following: -
1) Up to Half Million M.T. Tk. 2 Lac,
2) Half Million to 1(one) Million Tk. 3 Lac. And
3) Above 1(one) Million Tk. 6 Lac.
After a long discussion, everybody was pleased to accept the last proposal of three slabs. lt was also decided that the decision shall be effective from 01-07-2018. The decision is placed for kind approval from the honorable Executive Committee Members of Bangladesh Cement Manufactures Association (BCMA) and approved.
