Since it’s inception in 2002, Anwar cement has proudly partnered with most infrastructure project of eminence including the largest flyover of the country: Mayor Hanif Flyover, the tallest building of the nation: City centre, Dhaka-Tangail Lane 3, Rooppur Power Plant, Payra Port, Runway of Shahjalal International Airport and BSMMU Super Specialized Hospital.
With its factory strategically located at Gazaria, Munshigonj the factory has a state-of-the-art technology that produces Portland cement and best in class AM grade Portland composite cement. The production process starts with the raw materials carried by its own fleet of 8 barges into the factory. Clinker is unloaded using the world best hydraulic crane from E Crane of Germany
To qualify as a member of Anwar Group, which itself is in pursuit of perfection, Anwar Cement Limited has combined the latest European Technology, finest raw materials and experienced human resources to deliver a product of the highest quality. Using the latest and highly efficient ‘Classifier’ with PLC driven Close Circuit technology ensures fineness with better particle size distribution to get highest quality product in terms of ‘Comprehensive Strength’ and ‘Setting Time’. With due consideration to a ‘Cleaner Environment’ Anwar Cement Limited has installed ‘Dust Collectors’ in different areas.
BSTI and BIS approved Anwar Cement has recently started exporting to Indian 7 sister states post its expansion. Much lays ahead in export earnings.
